When the motorcyclists, consisting of veterans, their supporters, families and friends, reach Washington for Memorial Day weekend, they participate in the Rolling Thunder Rally. Rolling Thunder takes place at the Pentagon parking lot with nearly half a million motorcyclists. The event concludes with an emotional memorial at The Wall.
