When "The Boppers" broke through in the late 70s, it surprised everyone. A bunch of suburban guys from Stockholm who played doo-wop and 50s rock in the midst of the punk era. The band captured an audience that spanned several generations and for a couple of crazy years broke record after record in the Swedish folk parks.
