Surya is a laid back job hopper that takes a short security guard gig at a soon to be demolished shopping complex. Warned to avoid the sixth floor (rented by a shady yoga group led by Swamiji), he discovers they're performing black-magic rituals to trap spirits in corpses. The ritual goes wrong, unleashing flesh-eating zombies. Surya must reach the sixth floor and retrieve the Black Magic Book to stop them.
