Among many others, the film shows the famous Ukrainian statesman Kost Levytskyi (in 1918 he was the Prime Minister of the Western Ukrainian People's Republic), Volodymyr Tselevych, a lawyer, ambassador to the Sejm of the Second Polish Republic of the II, IV, and V cadences, a member of the Ukrainian National Democratic Union (UNDO), and Stepan Bilyak, a lawyer and secretary of the Ukrainian National Council (1918-1919).
