The story of Johnny Story 3: The Movie begins at the end of Johnny Story II, Johnny is arrested and given a prison sentence. After some time and various events in prison, he is released. Once out, Johnny feels that the streets are not what they used to be. Although business was good when he was inside, prices on the street have become more expensive.
