The old man wanted to find a way to heal people's souls more profoundly so he sat under a tree and started to meditate for such a long time that at some point a vine sprouted from his chest and climbed on the tree up to the sky, becoming a link between the Earth and the Cosmos. The vine was called Ayahuasca and the people from the village discovered that combined with the chacruna leaf, it had great healing properties.
